Please note that this apartment is offered on a medium to long-term let (minimum 6 months). The furnishings are basic, but ideal if you need somewhere to put your own furniture and personal effects while you are house hunting in the area. Though, naturally, you are welcome to use it as a holiday home if you are prepared to provide your own crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and linen.

There is an aerial connection for terrestrial television, and there will be no problem installing a telephone or satellite dish.
The apartment has its own street entrance, and all utilities are metered separately.
There is no garden, but there are plenty of attractive outdoor spaces close by. The apartment benefits from a large walk-in shower room and toilet on the ground floor, and would particularly suit those with restricted mobility.
